If you’re not fully satisfied with the purchase and want to return the mattress, that’s no problem at all. Just get in touch with us, and our representatives will arrange the return in exchange for a full refund.

How often should I replace my mattress?

On average, mattresses should be replaced every 7-10 years. However, this can vary depending on factors such as usage frequency and quality of materials used in the mattress construction. 

At Melody, we use only high-quality materials and pay attention to detail to ensure a prolonged lifespan -  because of that, our mattresses can last up to 15 years, and as a guarantee of that, we offer our customers a 15-year warranty.

When is it time to replace my mattress?

As mentioned, mattress lifespans differ. However, signs such as visible sagging, noticeable discomfort, or a change in sleep quality indicate that it's time for a replacement. Proper care, such as regular cleaning and rotating your mattress every 6 to 12 months and using a mattress protector, is necessary to extend the life of your Melody bed mattress. 

Do you offer a service to help me remove my old mattress?

We absolutely do. If you have an old mattress you have no way of getting rid of, we can do it for you for an additional fee of $50. The fee remains the same regardless of whether your old mattress is a single or a king. 

Can I negotiate the price of a mattress?

How do I return the mattress for a full refund?

To return your Melody mattress for a full refund, the process is straightforward.

  1. Email us at hello@melodymattress.com.sg with your (1) order number, (2) a photo of the mattress, and (3) your reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will take care of the rest, arranging a pick-up from your home. 
  3. Once we receive the returned mattress, the refund process will be initiated and should take between 7-14 days to be credited back to your original payment method.

How does the 200-night trial work?

The 200-night trial for the Melody Frost Hybrid mattress offers you the opportunity to test it in your home for up to 200 nights. We think the best way to know if a mattress is right for you is by sleeping on it, understanding it might take up to 30 nights for your body to adjust.
